Shipping

  1. Shipping Varies – We strive for perfections & happy customers, but we also want to ensure quality
    products. Each items is made to order which would take up to 3 days. Shipping will be
    another 3-5 days depending on your location.
  2. Incorrect Address – Please be sure to double check your shipping address. I cannot change it once it has ran
    through the system.
  3. Rush Shipping – There is a listing you can add to your cart to upgrade shipping.
  4. International Shipping – We do not ship internationally at this time.
  5. Packaging – Each package comes with a business card, care notes, order slip & items. Will arrive in a
    bubble mailer for protection for the items.

Custom/Personalized Orders

  1. We will go to great lengths to customize an order or item just how you want it. Please contact me directly by e-mail to set up a plan.
  2. Bulk orders like bridal jewelry or employee incentives must be specified & need at least 10(qty) to consider bulk pricing.
  3. Custom orders or personalizations must be paid for prior to creating the items.
  4. After processing, we can adjust the quantity only when adding to the overall amount needed.
  5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Product Information

  1. Jewelry Items
    1. Most jewelry is Nickel & lead-free unless otherwise stated
    2. Some Alloy, such as pendants
    3. Black & White enamel settings are hypoallergenic.
    4. Most studs are gold plated or silver plated with a brass post. This can irritate
      your ears but we suggest using a thin layer of clear nail polish to prevent that.
      This is also a good tip for rings and chains.
    5. We offer sterling silver plated snake chains & nylon cord for the necklaces
    6. Adjustable Rings-Which means they will fit you!
    7. Bracelets & Necklaces – We use string to bead that can hold up to a certain amount of strain. We want to
      make sure you are satisfied but please be mindful of the tugging or snagging on
      the items. They will break if not properly taken care of & we will not replace.
  2. Do Not Submerge Jewelry in water – Studs & other handmade jewelry should not be submerged in water for a long period of
    time. This will help conserve the life of the jewelry. It will also keep from tarnishing the
    jewelry.
  3. Keep From extreme temperatures – Freezing or extreme heat.
  4. Dishware – Most items are dishwasher safe.
  5. Gift Items- If you are buying a gift & would like to include a note or gift wrapping please leave it in
    the comments when you check-out.
  6. No Rush Orders – We do not offer Rush orders, we do the orders in order of which they are received. Rush
    Shipping is available
